Dopo le tante iniziative già messe in campo dall’Amministrazione Comunale nella persona dell’assessore all’ambiente avv. Gaetano Ambrosca per sensibilizzare i cittadini sulle diverse tematiche ambientali, vedi la campagna di sensibilizzazione alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti nelle scuole, le “pedalate” ecologiche, la trashtag challenge per la pulizia del paese, anche per il Natale si è pensato “di lanciare un messaggio che possa continuare a sviluppare una coscienza civica volta al rispetto dell’ambiente e del territorio”. Questo quanto dichiarato dall’ass. Ambrosca, che continua: “È da questo messaggio che è nata, quest’anno, l’idea di creare, in sinergia con la Pro Loco Terre di Cancia e Lanio, un Albero di Natale Ecologico, interamente realizzato con lattine di Coca-Cola riciclabili, gentilmente concesse dalla ditta Coca-Cola HBC Italia - sede di Marcianise che ha accolto con entusiasmo questa iniziativa”. 

L’albero sarà posizionato in Piazza Municipio e l’accensione è prevista per Sabato 7 dicembre, alle ore 17:00, nella cornice dell’evento “Aspettando Babbo Natale”. 

Grazie all’impegno di tutti, i materiali possono godere di una nuova vita.

Novelli” di Carinola, “La Partita con Papà”, giunta alla sua seconda edizione.

Questa iniziativa è organizzata dall’Associazione Bambinisenzabarriere con l’obiettivo di regalare un momento di normalità e vicinanza tra bambini e genitori in carcere.

Presenti i vertici campani del CONI e del CSI e, novità di quest’anno, il coinvolgimento dei Sindaci dei Comuni con i quali l’Istituto penitenziario collabora per lo svolgimento di lavori di pubblica utilità. 

Il primo cittadino Raffaele Ambrosca, ha presenziato alla partita ed il Comune di Cancello ed Arnone ha omaggiato i ragazzi con delle borracce offerte dalla società sportiva ASD Sacro Cuore Cancello ed Arnone alla quale rivolgiamo, per il tramite del Presidente Biagio Cacciapuoti, il nostro più sentito ringraziamento.

Lo fa in maniera concreta, con un “tavolo tecnico” voluto dall’assessore Gabriele Di Vuolo, indetto per Lunedì 2 dicembre, presso la Sala Consiliare del Comune di Cancello ed Arnone, al quale parteciperanno le più importanti figure professionali del settore. Saranno presenti diversi sindaci del casertano, l’Istituto Zooprofilattico e la Regione Campania, nelle persone della dott.ssa Maria Passari, dirigente ufficio di staff tecnico operativo e del consigliere delegato all’agricoltura On. Nicola Caputo.

Tema dell’incontro, le problematiche della filiera bufalina e gli interventi per arginare malattie come brucellosi e tubercolosi, fenomeni che negli ultimi mesi si sono manifestati in tutta la loro incontenibile virulenza.

Tanti eventi in programma per persone di tutte le età. 

Si parte il 7 dicembre con un evento dedicato ai bambini. In Piazza Municipio, con un po’ d’anticipo, arriva Babbo Natale.

Venerdì 13, ci sarà la premiazione delle Eccellenze del Territorio, che grazie alla loro valentia, hanno procurato lustro alla nostra cittadina. 

Il 20 dicembre, presso l’Agriturismo La Corte dei Platani, ci sarà una cena spettacolo con la “Tombolata Scostumata” di Vincenzo De Lucia. 

Domenica 22 dicembre, il Sindaco Raffaele Ambrosca e l’Amministrazione Comunale incontrano la cittadinanza per un brindisi augurale. Nell’occasione, i ragazzi che hanno compiuto 18 anni nel 2019, saranno omaggiati di un premio.

Il 26 dicembre, invece, nella Chiesa Maria Regina di tutti i santi, il Maestro Franco Mantovanelli dirigerà un orchestra di 15 elementi in uno spettacolo dedicato alla Vergine Maria e a tutte le donne.

Venerdì 27 dicembre, si svolgerà, in linea con una sana tradizione, la consueta cena di fine anno rivolta a tutti gli over 65 del nostro Paese. 

Sabato 28 dicembre, invece, tocca ai giovani con un po’ di sano divertimento presso la Palestra dell’I.C. Ugo Foscolo in via Settembrini.

L’anno nuovo si apre con un concerto della soprano internazionale Maestro Teresa Sparaco ed il Tenore Maestro Sergio Dragone nella Chiesa Maria SS Assunta in Cielo. 

Le festività si concluderanno il giorno 4 gennaio con l’Elfo Party dedicato ai bambini. 

Quest’anno, in via sperimentale, partirà anche il Concorso di luci “Illumina il Natale” rivolto a tutti gli operatori commerciali insistenti sul territorio comunale e a privati cittadini residenti in Via Roma (alt. Lottizzazione Gallo) e in Via Consolare (alt. Inzio abitato). La partecipazione al concorso è libera e gratuita e prevede interessanti premi per i vincitori. 

Oltre a questi eventi, non dimentichiamo i viaggi: l’8 dicembre a Castel Morrone, il 15 dicembre a Castellabate e il 29 dicembre a Pietralcina.

UN SUCCESSO IL CONVEGNO “LA VOCE DEL SILENZIO” Mon, 25 Nov 2019 12:03:51 +0100 http://comunicati.net/comunicati/istituzioni/comuni/campania/608387.html http://comunicati.net/comunicati/istituzioni/comuni/campania/608387.html Miss Italia 71a edizione Miss Italia 71a edizione Grande soddisfazione per l’Amministrazione Comunale di Cancello ed Arnone, per  l’ottimo risultato riscosso dalla mostra-convegno “La voce del silenzio – Stop alla violenza” organizzata dall’assessore alla cultura del Comune del casertano, dott.ssa Annamaria Di Puorto e l’associazione Forum Lex, da tempo attiva nella prevenzione e nel contrasto della violenza di genere e nella tutela dei minori, un’associazione no-profit che raccoglie professionisti tra criminologi, forze dell’ordine, avvocati, psicologi, assistenti sociali e sociologi.

L’Assessore ha rivestito il compito di moderare e presentare gli ospiti che, man mano, hanno preso la parola per affrontare lo spinoso argomento. La dott.ssa Di Puorto, innanzitutto, ha portato i saluti del sindaco avv. Raffaele Ambrosca, assente per impegni improrogabili, poi ha ringraziato tutti i relatori, la platea, dopodiché ha passato la parola alla prima relatrice, la prof.ssa Antonietta Pellegrino, Dirigente Scolastico del Liceo Galilei Galileo, la quale ha specificato che,  in realtà, oltre che parlare di violenza sulle donne è necessario parlare di violenza di genere, perché possono essere oggetto di violenza sia donne che uomini, sia giovani che anziani in mille modi diversi. La prof.ssa Pellegrino è rimasta molto contenta per la presenza di alcune sue alunne, che lei considera ‘le mie ragazze’ ed ha precisato che nella sua scuola gli studenti hanno creato un posto vuoto con una sedia rossa per ricordare in ogni momento la violenza che può essere sempre perpetrata dal più forte, dal bullo, ecc.

Successivamente è stato il momento dell’avvocato Fiorentina Orefice, Referente di Forum Lex per Caserta e Provincia. L’avv. Orefice ha iniziato il discorso precisando che l’evento cadeva in un momento particolarmente ideale per parlare di diritti in quanto il giorno 20 Novembre u.s. ricorreva la Giornata Mondiale del Bambino, con i principi fondamentali della Convenzione sui diritti dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza, tra cui alcuni importantissimi, come: essere un bambino – crescere in libertà – la salute – ricevere una buona educazione – non essere discriminato ecc. e d’altro canto il 25 è la Giornata Internazionale per l’eliminazione della violenza contro le donne. Tale giornata è stata istituita partendo dall’assunto che la violenza contro le donne sia una violazione dei diritti umani. Tale violazione è una conseguenza della discriminazione contro le donne, dal punto di vista legale e pratico, e rappresenta le persistenti disuguaglianze tra uomo e donna.

La parola è stata poi passata alla dott.ssa Iolanda Ippolito, Criminologa Investigativa e Presidente Forum Lex. L’Associazione FORUM LEX è composta da tanti professionisti in rete contro la Violenza di Genere. Ha aperto nella Regione Campania numero 18 sedi territoriali.

Tanti i professionisti in rete delle varie discipline che operano nel settore dedicato alla Violenza di Genere, con uno sguardo attento agli orfani vittime di crimini domestici e a minori disagiati.

La criminologa Iolanda Ippolito ha espresso grande soddisfazione per le numerose adesioni al progetto.  “Tanti i professionisti che hanno accolto l’appello lanciato da FORUM LEX –  dice la Ippolito- per costituire una rete contro la violenza. Li contraddistingue umiltà e forte senso di solidarietà. Hanno aderito alla rete, dagli avvocati agli operatori sanitari passando tra psicologi, assistenti sociali e neuropsichiatra infantili, non dimenticando le numerose adesioni dei colleghi delle Forze dell’Ordine, con la condivisione di esperienza di mezzi e strumenti nel segno della fraternità e con impegno di corresponsabilità in bisogno di tutte le vittime di Violenza. Siamo mossi dalla volontà di agire, dalla consapevolezza che non si può più continuare ad aspettare la concretezza di un disegno di legge, mentre la vita di tante donne e tanti bambini è appesa a un filo. I recenti fatti di cronaca e i numeri che il nostro Paese ha raggiunto per casi di Femminicidio e violenze, ci impongono di agire.”

Un’altra preziosissima presenza al convegno “La voce del silenzio” è stata quella della grande artista Annamaria Zoppi. Bellissimi i suoi dipinti esposti alla mostra, in occasione dell’evento. Io non sono di molte parole – ha detto Annamaria Zoppi – sono i miei dipinti a parlare per me e sono sempre un grido contro la violenza: aborto – violenze di genere – bullismo – pedofilia. In effetti i suoi quadri parlano per lei e raccontano la sua immane sensibilità e la volontà di mettersi sempre in gioco per aiutare chi si trova in difficoltà.

Concludo con una personale riflessione: intanto è stato un convegno eccezionale ma io penso che il vero coraggio femminile non nasca dalla temerarietà, ma dal cuore. E’ la forza dell’amore che da alle donne il coraggio di affrontare ogni sfida, di avventurarsi in spazi inesplorati. In nome dell’amore una donna decide quale vita vuole vivere, sceglie con quale persona vuole stare, si sacrifica, dona se stessa e segue la sua passione. Ed allora ben vengano donne come Di Puorto, Pellegrino, Orefice, Ippolito, Zoppi perché con il loro cuore ed il loro coraggio rappresentano: LA FORZA DEL FEMMINILE.

Novelli” di Carinola.

Grazie a questa convenzione, alcuni detenuti volontari, più precisamente 4 unità, saranno impiegati nell’attività di manutenzione degli immobili cittadini. 

“Si tratta di una iniziativa fondamentale per il nostro comune - dichiara il primo cittadino Ambrosca - dal momento che la manutenzione degli immobili cittadini è uno dei servizi più impegnativi, sia dal punto di vista delle risorse umane, ridotte, nel nostro caso, a due unità, che per l’impegno di natura economica di cui necessita.

Il direttore dell’Istituto di pena dott. Carlo Brunetti, insieme al capo area educativo dott.ssa Anna Garda, è stato molto cordiale nell’esporre, in modo circostanziato, le esigenze cui occorre attendere”.

Il Comune sovraintenderà del buon lavoro svolto, mentre la sorveglianza e il controllo dei detenuti volontari sarà svolto dalle competenti forze dell’ordine a cura della Direzione dell’Istituto Penitenziario. 

Cancello ed Arnone non è il primo comune col quale l’Istituto si convenziona. Altri Enti Locali hanno già messo a frutto questa tipologia di esperienza, con risultati più che lusinghieri sia per la proficuità del lavoro svolto, che per il risparmio considerevole che ne è derivato. 

L’interesse al miglioramento delle condizioni di vita dei detenuti può coesistere con l’interesse ad una più agevole fruizione del patrimonio culturale degli Enti Locali.

Oggetto dell’incontro, concertare una rapida soluzione alle problematiche che affliggono la SP via R. Agnena, altezza Ponte Ferrovia che, in seguito agli eventi atmosferici caratterizzati da forti ed incessanti piogge, è soggetta ad allagamenti con ristagno di acqua sulla carreggiata, creando problematiche e pericolo per la circolazione stradale. 

“Davanti a questa situazione, che rappresenta un pericolo per le persone oltre che una inaccettabile segnale di degrado - afferma il sindaco Ambrosca - stiamo adottando e adotteremo tutte le misure necessarie affinché si intervenga in tempi rapidi”.

Così recita l’art. 1 della dichiarazione ONU sull’eliminazione della violenza contro le donne.

Con l’espressione violenza di genere si indicano tutte quelle forme di violenza, da quella psicologica e fisica a quella sessuale, dagli atti persecutori del cosiddetto stalking, allo stupro, fino al femminicidio, che riguardano un vasto numero di persone discriminate in base al sesso.

La legge contro la violenza di genere persegue tre obiettivi principali: prevenire i reati, punire i colpevoli, proteggere le vittime.

Questo intervento sarà in grado di snellire il traffico viario della Strada Statale variante 7bis in quanto il nuovo asse collegherà direttamente l'Autostrada A30 con l'area interportuale, grazie alla viabilità complanare ed alternativa a quella Statale. Ad oggi, l'accessibilità è di circa 4.000 veicoli/h: con questo intervento è prevedibile che l'accessibilità all'Interporto/CIS/Vulcano sarà raddoppiata, consentendo di raggiungere una capacità di 8.000 veicoli/h.

Il corso della durata complessiva di 100 ore, avrà una frequenza di due volte a settimana, e vedrà la partecipazione di 18 beneficiari.

La formazione sarà curata dalla School of International Studies srl di Cava de’Tirreni.

I partecipanti, dopo il test di ingresso, propedeutico a valutare il livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese, inizieranno la formazione che si svolgerà presso la sede della Scuola secondo la modalità della lezione frontale e con l’impiego di ausili informatici. Al termine sarà rilasciata l’attestazione di partecipazione.

Nel corso della presentazione sono stati illustrati i tempi e modalità di svolgimento della formazione che inizierà dopo il test di ingresso, previsto mercoledì 6 novembre.

Il Piano di Zona Ambito S2 per quanto concerne le misure del Rei-RdC ha preso in carico nei comuni dell’Ambito Cava-Costiera amalfitana un totale di 940 nuclei familiari.

“Si tratta di un ulteriore tassello per garantire formazione e facilitare il reinserimento lavorativo dei fruitori del Rei – ha affermato l’assessore alle Politiche sociali Antonella Garofalo- e ciò che conta è che i partecipanti potranno ottenere idonea certificazione da spendere nei loro curricula formativi”
