Con Decreto Dirigenziale n. 1094 del 12/09/2018, di prossima pubblicazione, è stato approvato l'Avviso pubblico per il sostegno e l'implementazione dei contratti di apprendistato professionalizzante con una dotazione di 4,2 milioni di euro. A partire dal 15° giorno successivo alla pubblicazione del Decreto sul BURC, si potranno inoltrare le domande di partecipazione all'Avviso. Le imprese interessate, prima di inoltrare la domanda, devono effettuare la comunicazione del contratto di Apprendistato, sull'apposito ed unico sito dedicato www.apprendistatoregionecampania.it .

Le notevoli risorse che la Giunta della Regione Campania ha voluto destinare per promuovere la crescita professionale e incentivare la buona e durevole occupazione, segnano un ulteriore e concreto impegno a sostegno del lavoro.

Formazione e lavoro, la loro integrazione con i contratti di apprendistato, sono fattori determinanti nella capacità di intercettare, valorizzare e fruire delle notevoli risorse umane presenti nel territorio per implementare la crescita e la competitività del sistema produttivo della Campania, affermano gli Assessori, alla Formazione Chiara Marciani e al Lavoro Sonia Palmeri, che nel contempo annunciano che con prossimi atti saranno pubblicati gli Avvisi inerenti i contratti di Apprendistato per la Qualifica e il Diploma Professionale (giovani 15 – 25 anni) e di Alta Formazione e Ricerca (18 – 29 anni post diploma - post laurea ).

 

L’obiettivo principale, chiarisce l’Assessore Chiara Marciani, è quello di valorizzare l´istituto dell’apprendistato quale strumento di promozione dell’occupazione dei giovani e della loro crescita personale e professionale, garantendo qualità dell’offerta formativa sul territorio regionale.

 

“Con l’apprendistato professionalizzante, precisa l’Assessore Sonia Palmeri, si incrociano le opportunità occupazionali dei giovani con l’esigenza di un costo del lavoro maggiormente sostenibile, grazie a vantaggi contributivi e previdenziali, nonché incentivi economici. Ad un anno dal terremoto, la nuova gestione regionale riapre il Centro per l'Impiego in via Morgioni 102, un presidio importante per assicurare servizi al lavoro per cittadini, studenti, imprenditori e professionisti dell'isola verde.

L'apertura del Centro per l'Impiego - dichiara l'assessore Sonia Palmeri- è il frutto di un lavoro di squadra, da parte degli uffici delle nostre direzioni regionali, delle Organizzazioni Sindacali e del Comune di Ischia, tutti animati dal desiderio di veder rifiorire un presidio pubblico del lavoro e tornare alla normalità, dopo la profonda ferita lasciata dal sisma del 21 agosto 2017.

È solo dal mese scorso che le funzioni gestionali dei Centri per l'Impiego sono transitate sotto la governance della regione Campania e stiamo procedendo spediti a rendere omogeneo su tutto il territorio regionale lo standard di servizio al cittadino, in termini di accoglienza, orientamento alla misura più idonea ed accompagnamento al lavoro- prosegue l'assessore.

La struttura precedente, che ospitava il Cpi a Casamicciola, di proprietà della Città Metropolitana di Napoli, è stata danneggiata dal sisma del 2017 e non ha più riaperto i battenti. Il personale è stato costretto per circa 1 anno a recarsi tutte le mattine al Centro per l'Impiego di Pozzuoli per svolgere il proprio servizio quotidiano. La stessa sorte con un notevole aggravio di costi e un surplus di disagio l’hanno dovuta subire i numerosi ischitani che si rivolgono fruitori dei servizi per il lavoro.

Il Centro per l'Impiego di Ischia serve l’utenza di tutti i 6 comuni dell'Isola, con un bacino di utenza di circa 65 mila persone ed è un punto di riferimento fondamentale per gli operatori economici dell'isola.

Il Sindaco di Ischia, Vincenzo Ferrandino, ha messo a disposizione la struttura ad Ischia porto, che dopo i lavori di sistemazione, è pronta a dare il benvenuto all'utenza più eterogenea. La Regione Campania è stata la prima regione d'Italia ad aver completato l'iter di trasferimento del personale provinciale dei vecchi uffici di collocamento nei ruoli regionali e prosegue nell'azione di riorganizzazione ed efficientamento della rete dei nuovi cpi.

L'obiettivo è quello di realizzare un sistema di servizi che assicuri un' opportunità per ciascuno in un mercato del lavoro equo, efficiente ed inclusivo.
