Heply realizza software per i propri clienti, ma sviluppa e rivende anche progetti software di proprietà tra i quali, ad esempio, Hello James e Habitus. Hello James è una soluzione per il monitoraggio e la misurazione della customer satisfaction, mentre Habitus è un servizio integrato con il quale le aziende aiutano i loro collaboratori ad assumere abitudini che migliorino la qualità della vita, con effetti positivi anche sul posto di lavoro.

31 anni appena, ma con una carriera imprenditoriale iniziata quando era solo diciannovenne, Virgilio ha fondato Heply a gennaio del 2019 con il supporto e la fiducia di Timenet (rappresentata nel board da Franco Iorio e Paolo Visintin), storica azienda di telecomunicazioni attiva su tutto il territorio nazionale specializzata nella fornitura di servizi di telefonia e connettività internet, e punta entro la fine dell’anno ad incrementare ulteriormente il proprio organico.

 

“Trovare risorse valide è difficile, e dare loro una ragione per restare lo è ancora di più, soprattutto se mancano spirito aziendale e senso di appartenenza – continua Virgilio -. Federica - Essere un Happy Coder per me significa fare il lavoro che ti piace, che ti stimola e ti fa crescere. Vuol dire collaborare in maniera serena e propositiva con i colleghi.

Significa far parte di un gruppo di cui essere orgogliosi, e dove le proprie idee vengono rispettate. È anche sinonimo di impegno, e qualche volta richiede uno sforzo in più, perchè bisogna avere il coraggio e la voglia di mettersi in gioco.
